Do We Sell Your Data?

No. PageBen Reviews does not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We collect limited information (contact form submissions, newsletter emails, analytics data) solely to operate our website and improve your experience. This data is:

  • Kept confidential and secure
  • Not sold to advertisers or data brokers
  • Not shared with third parties except as required by law

How to Exercise Your Rights

Request Data Deletion

Authorized Agents

If you're submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, we may require proof of authorization. Please include a signed declaration authorizing the agent to act on your behalf.

  • Analytics data: 13 months (per Google Analytics retention policy)
  • Logs: 30 days for security and troubleshooting

Response Timeline

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll notify you by day 45 with an explanation. You may submit two (2) verifiable requests within a 12-month period at no charge.

California "Shine the Light" Law

California residents may request information about the personal information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. As stated above, PageBen does not sell or share personal information with third parties, so there is no information to disclose under this law.
